A tray prepared for larger batches
Up to 100 compatible products can be arranged before filling begins. This format reduces repeated loading during a production run and gives operators a clearer view of batch progress.
Programmed movement across the tray
Stepper-motor and rail-drive control coordinate the filling movement between product positions. Once the setup is confirmed, the machine follows the selected program across the batch.
Settings managed from one screen
Operators can adjust filling volume, speed, interval, positioning, and cleaning procedures through the seven-inch touch screen. Frequently used settings can be prepared for recurring production.
Hardware-specific product positioning
Cartridge dimensions determine the tray arrangement, fill-port position, and needle alignment. Longwill can customize the filling tray and needle configuration around the selected product.
Temperature control for fluid oils
An adjustable range of 0–150°C allows the operating temperature to be matched to the material being filled. The correct setting must be established from the actual formulation rather than the maximum machine temperature.
Material-contact components selected for filling
The existing configuration lists food-grade silicone tubing and a lead-free injector for the material path. Final material compatibility should still be checked against the customer’s formulation.
